Welcome to the Disciples Education Network (“DEN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and tools, including the S.T.E.P.S. curriculum and DiscipleTrack system (collectively, the “Services”), offered by Inspired Network Companies LLC. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, using our Services, or making a donation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2. Use of Services

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to register for an account and use our Services. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
  • Account Registration: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update this information as necessary.   • Free Services: The core discipleship tools and curriculum provided by DEN are offered free of charge. However, we reserve the right to introduce fees for future premium services or features.
  • Donations: Donations are voluntary contributions made to support the ministry of DEN. Donations are non-refundable and are not tax-deductible.

3. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, S.T.E.P.S. curriculum materials, DiscipleTrack system features, and profile assessments, is the property of Inspired Network Companies LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written consent.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Engage in any activity that could disrupt, damage, or impair the functioning of the Services.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or user accounts.
  • Use automated systems (bots) to access or interact with the Services, except as expressly permitted.
  • Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of DEN or any third party.

  • No Professional Advice: The Services provided by DEN, including the S.T.E.P.S. curriculum, profiles, and habit tracking, are intended for spiritual growth and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional counseling, therapy, medical advice, or financial advice. You should consult with a qualified professional for any such needs.
  • “As Is” Basis: The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • No Guarantee of Outcomes: While we strive to provide effective tools, we do not guarantee specific spiritual, personal, or professional outcomes from using our Services. Your progress and results depend on your own efforts, consistency, and individual circumstances.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful.
