Discipleship S.T.E.P.S. Program
The Discipleship S.T.E.P.S. program is a comprehensive framework designed to move you from a “Beginning” believer to a “Multiplying” disciple.
The S.T.E.P.S. Framework
The core curriculum is built on the S.T.E.P.S. acronym, which provides comprehensive, scripturally grounded lessons:
S – SHAPE: Focuses on foundational spiritual principles including Salvation, Holiness, Attributes, Plans, and Evaluation.
T – THEOLOGY: Focuses on understanding the Bible, essential doctrines, and biblical interpretation.

P – PRACTICE: Focuses on establishing essential daily faith habits such as Bible study, prayer, fasting, worship, and stewardship.
S – SHARE: Focuses on evangelism, methods of sharing the gospel, and equipping others.

The Five Discipleship Levels – Identifying Current Individual Level for Growth
The S.T.E.P.S. Individual Profiles categorize believers into five distinct levels of spiritual maturity based on their scoring:
| Beginning Disciple: Establishing foundational habits and core beliefs. | |
| Developing Disciple: Established core beliefs but needs more consistency and depth. | |
| Growing Disciple: Actively growing with regular spiritual habits and biblical understanding. | |
| Mature Disciple: Demonstrates consistent spiritual maturity and leads others in the faith. | |
| Multiplying Disciple: Exemplary discipleship; actively reproduces the faith and disciples others. |
