Daily Devotions: The Sovereignty of God (Week 43, Tuesday)

The sovereignty of God is the ultimate anchor for the believer’s soul. Sovereignty does not mean that every circumstance is ‘good’ by human standards, but it does mean that every circumstance passes through the filter of His perfect will. Nothing escapes His notice, and nothing can thwart His ultimate redemptive purposes.
