Multiplying Disciples
Discipleship S.T.E.P.S.: Share
Scripture: And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also. – 2 Timothy 2:2
The Gospel is not meant to stay with us; it is meant to be ‘committed’ to others who will carry it forward. Paul’s instruction to Timothy wasn’t just about sharing information; it was about the multiplication of discipleship. We are called to pour our lives into ‘faithful men’—or faithful people—who can then turn and do the same for others. If our faith is not reproducing, we are holding onto a treasure we were meant to distribute. True success in the Kingdom is measured by what happens to the next generation of believers.
Who has God placed in your path that you can mentor disciple or walk alongside? It doesn’t require a formal title or a grand platform; it just requires a willingness to share what you have heard and learned. Start by being intentional with one person this week. Listen pray and share the truth you have found. When you focus on multiplying your faith, you are participating in the unstoppable expansion of the Kingdom. Who can you invest in today?
Prompt: Who are you currently investing your life and faith into?
Action Step: The Share module culminates in the call to intentional multiplication: making disciples who can make other disciples.
Next Step: Identify one person in your life who you could invite into a deeper discipleship relationship.
