Evangelism Strategies
Discipleship S.T.E.P.S.: Share
Scripture: To the weak became I as weak, that I might gain the weak: I am made all things to all men, that I might by all means save some. – 1 Corinthians 9:22 (KJV)
The Apostle Paul’s strategy for evangelism was rooted in his desire to relate to people where they were so that he could introduce them to the grace that saved him. Being ‘all things to all men’ is not about compromising our convictions, but about building relational bridges that allow the Gospel to cross over into the lives of the lost. Your life, your workplace, and your social circle are the unique mission fields that God has entrusted to you.
Do not overlook the opportunities in your current routine. The people you interact with daily have unique struggles that only the Gospel can resolve. Ask the Lord for eyes to see these divine appointments and the courage to engage with them. By meeting people with empathy and sharing the hope you have in Jesus you become a living epistle of the good news using every means available to ‘gain’ some for the Kingdom.
